To install your Softalk Office, follow this procedure:
Follow these steps
- Download this program by clicking the button above.
- After you download the Softalk Office program, click on it and open the file. A set up Wizard will pop up and provide simple instructions.
- Follow the instructions until you get to the 'Finish' button.

To Upgrade New Firmware to your IP Phone:
- Press “Options” Key on the phone and then scroll down to Option 6 “Restart Phone.”
- Then press “Select.”
- Press “Restart” to restart your IP Phone
- During the restart process your IP Phone will search for new firmware.
- If new firmware is found for your IP Phone it will start downloading.
- Please Note: “DO NOT UPLUG IP PHONE WHEN FIRMWARE IS DOWNLOADING”
- Once the download is complete your IP Phone will reboot itself.
Known Issues:
- Call Park is not available.
- Switchboard Software will not show status of phone in use.
- Star commands will not work for IP Phone at this time.
- Shared Line Extension voicemail will not show IP Phone MWI (Message Waiting Indicator).
- Salesforce and Outlook IP Phone status issue. Outbound Calls Only.
- Changes made locally on the phone will not sync with server side.
- No Vista Support for Switchboard.
