30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Packet8 Service Plans
If you are unsatisfied with your Packet8 residential service for any reason in
the first 30 days after signing up and have not used more than 300 minutes of
calling time, you may cancel for a full refund of fees paid (activation fee +
first month's service). If you are unsatisfied with your Packet8 business
service for any reason in the first 30 days after signing up, you may cancel
for a refund of equipment and activation fees. You will be responsible for
monthly service fees, minutes of use on metered plans as well as any
international per-minute charges** (calls to non-Packet8 telephone numbers
outside the United States and Canada) incurred during the 30-day period.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To obtain a refund, customers are asked to call customer support at
888.898.8733 and request a Returned Material Authorization number to be
associated with the returned equipment. Once we receive the equipment in good
working order, we will issue a credit to your credit card.
**Calls to mobile phones, premium, special, and information service numbers are
not included in the unlimited international destinations. US includes PR, USVI
and GUAM.
